High Reach Forklift Operators Wanted – Truganina | Ongoing Roles Available

Action Workforce is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join multiple busy warehouse teams based in Truganina. These ongoing roles offer an excellent opportunity to work with high-volume, well-organised distribution centres handling a variety of retail products — including small goods, homewares, personal care items, and other everyday essentials found in major retail stores.

You'll be working in a clean, safety-focused environment with supportive teams, helping to ensure products are picked, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. If youre reliable, motivated, and seeking consistent work with long-term potential, this is your chance to join a thriving warehouse network in Melbourne's west.

Candidates with Crown Joystick High Reach forklift experience are strongly encouraged to apply

About the Role:

  • Operate High Reach forklifts (Crown joystick control experience required)
  • Move, put away, pick, and replenish stock
  • Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling when needed
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ongoing, Monday to Friday work, with possible weekend shifts
  • AM & PM shifts available

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • A valid LF Forklift Licence with High Reach experience
  • Confidence operating in a busy warehouse environment
  • Strong focus on safety and accuracy
  • Physically fit and able to do manual handling when needed
  • Full availability Monday to Friday
  • Ability to provide 100 points of ID for onboarding
