Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and opportunities for expansion are identified.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales activity, including quotes, proposals, and onboarding.
- Assist in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in line with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline and performance reporting.
- Represent Plascare at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.
- Support trials, projects, and field-based activity as required.
Skills and Attributes
We are looking for a professional who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (2–5 years).
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication and build trust.
- Professional presence and credibility with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team.
- Competence with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and digital tools.
- An interest in healthcare, environmental solutions, or sustainability
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary ($80,000 – $95,000) plus superannuation.
- Performance bonus of $10,000 – $20,000 linked to achievable KPIs.
