The Opportunity:
As our Client Engagement Manager, you'll be the local face of Onboard Outsourcing — connecting with business leaders, chambers, and partners to show how offshore talent can unlock growth and profitability.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role blending client management, community engagement, and business development.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and our Philippines-based operations team to ensure seamless delivery, strong communication, and measurable success for every client.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Represent Onboard at chamber events, networking sessions, and conferences (including some after-hours).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationships, referrals, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns to grow brand awareness and lead generation.
- Meet agreed-upon sales and growth KPIs including new client acquisition, seat placements, and revenue targets.
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication and performance tracking.
- Work with offshore operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and uncover new opportunities.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster alignment and engagement between Australian and Philippine teams.
- Champion accountability, open communication, and shared success across regions.
