What You'll Be Doing

  • Installation, maintenance, and breakdown repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems
  • Managing jobs and coordinating workflow effectively
  • Providing top-tier customer service and maintaining high work standards
  • Using job management software on an iPad or smart device
  • Training and supporting apprentices
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team on a wide range of HVAC systems

What You'll Need

- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC installation and service (residential & commercial)

- Experience managing jobs and mentoring apprentices

- Strong software and digital workflow skills (iPad or smart device)

- Open manual driver's license (essential)

- Relevant trade qualifications and licenses

- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional attitude
