Lotus Commercial is a commercial kitchen service business with 30 years of experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy and exhaust cleaning, and air conditioning filter maintenance.

**We are looking for Filter Technicians/Drivers based in our Brisbane office.** In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our service team, ensuring our clients' kitchens operate smoothly and safely. By consistently delivering top-quality service, you'll build trust and respect with clients and colleagues alike. Whether you have direct industry experience or are new to the field, you've thrived in hands-on environments where you can make a real difference. Your commitment and positive attitude will elevate team morale, increase accountability, and drive engagement. This is a role where your efforts truly matter.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a current Full driver's license (with good driving history)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 10kg above your head
- The job involves changing kitchen filters.
- Basic spoken and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and follow a schedule
- Takes pride in their work
- Reliability is a requirement
- Ability to travel to regional areas on occasion (once per month)
- Good attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.80 - $39.16 per hour

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
