We are offering the role of 
Associate Buyers Agent
a rare opportunity to learn all there is to know about becoming a buyers agent from an experienced, successful and supportive team.

This isn't just a job. It's your pathway to a long-term, rewarding career in property. You'll be hands-on from day one, rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in all aspects of the buying process from sourcing properties and conducting inspections to assisting with some the due diligence and post purchase tasks.

As an Associate Buyers Agent, you'll work closely with our directors and senior team, learning directly from their expertise. We're focused on developing our people and giving them the resources, mentorship, and exposure they need to succeed.

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for property. Prior industry experience is ideal but not essential: the right attitude, energy, and commitment are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team throughout the property search and buying process
  • Coordinate and attend property inspections
  • Manage client communications and updates
  • Assist with research, due diligence, and property sourcing
  • Maintain CRM systems and admin to a high standard
  • Take initiative and keep the team one step ahead

Who We're Looking For

  • Ambitious and committed to a long-term career in property
  • Highly organised, proactive, and uses common sense
  • A great communicator (verbal and written)
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Well-presented, reliable, and confident
  • Familiarity with property or real estate is an advantage
  • QLD Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is a bonus, not essential
  • Own transport and Saturday availability is essential
