As a property manager you are the bread and butter of our organisation, therefore caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority. Keep reading to see if we are the company for you. **The Role**: Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders. We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following: - Portfolio based property management (160 properties) - Liaise with owners and tenants - Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections - Organise repairs and maintenance work orders - Minimise and maintain rental arrears **The Benefits**: With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed.
