Our ideal candidate would:

  • Have a Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4
  • Have exceptional cooking skills and proven cooking experience
  • Strong leadership skills in a large team
  • Be experienced in production, food preparation and stock rotation
  • Have experience in menu planning, costing and implementation
  • Can a roster that will include days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate your:

  • Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on
  • Passion for food, presentation and quality standards
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and adhering to WHS requirements
  • Proven experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff
