We are seeking motivated & driven Sales Agents who have a passion for Real Estate and providing exceptional customer service to join our Award-Winning teams. 

This hands-on role will see you be involved in all aspects of the sales process– from prospecting, discussions with buyers and vendors, inspections, auctions and contract signing.

Positions available in Caroline Springs, and Tarneit.

To be considered you will have;

  • Experience working in a sales orientated role with defined KPIs and targets
  • Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate
  • Ability to work Saturdays with your own reliable car and drivers licence
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionally presented with strong customer service skills & experience
  • and above all, a passion for all things property and committed to a long term career in Real Estate
