Business Traineeship

AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to take part in a 12 Month Full time Business Traineeship **located in Caroline Springs, Victoria**. The role includes providing a range of skills needed to effectively operate and provide professional assistance within an organisation. This position provides career pathway opportunities into Project Officer, Executive Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, Sales Agent and Sales Account Assistant roles.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- General administration duties
- Assist and support internal staff
- Produce documents
- Assist with office management functions
- Handle internal or external enquiries
- Create and maintain databases
- Handle mail
- General banking

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, at all levels, in a courteous and professional manner
- Computer literate
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Drivers licence and own transport preferred
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
