About Us

Infinity Fire Protection (part of the IMEA Group) is a leading provider of fire protection services across NSW, delivering compliance, safety, and peace of mind to some of Australia's most recognised organisations. We are experiencing strong growth across residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios and are now seeking a motivated junior to join our team in a trainee support role.

The Opportunity

This is an entry-level position offering exposure to both client account management and administrative support within the fire industry. You will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside senior account managers, operations teams, and technicians. With structured training and mentoring, this role offers a clear pathway into account management, estimating or operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to the Account Management team
  • Assist with preparing quotations, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and technicians regarding service delivery
  • Maintain records and scheduling within our asset management software (Uptick/SimPRO)
  • Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and monthly reporting tasks
  • Learn and apply Australian Standards and compliance requirements in fire protection

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated and reliable individual with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous admin/customer service experience desirable, but not essential
