About the role

This newly defined position will see you act as the advocate and technical lead for document automation and workflow systems within the firm. You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple practice groups to streamline processes, maintain automation frameworks, and provide data-driven insights through reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build, support and upskill teams on document automation and workflow platforms.
  • Engage with stakeholders to design and improve business processes.
  • Maintain precedents and document templates.
  • Create and manage automation-related reporting (SSRS and Power BI).
  • Train end users and promote adoption across the business.
  • Liaise with external vendors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with information security protocols.

Skills & experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience with task-based automation or workflow systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of document assembly/automation platforms.
  • Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Experience with SQL, SSRS, or Power BI reporting.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional services firm environment.
