Intelligent Automation Analyst

As our Intelligent Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining custom robotic processes for clients in support of RPA based solutions and workflows. You will be responsible for learning and becoming efficient with the proprietary software. As a member of this team, you will be expected to take ownership of your processes and escalate as needed.
Here's what you will experience working as an Intelligent Automation Analyst:
- Streamline client solutions by collaborating with them to configure solutions via user interface and SQL updates, managing expectations, and delivering desired outcomes.
- Create new RPA processes: Learn to build RPA processes using proprietary tools and scripting to create valuable results for clients.
- Manage and Maintain processes: Ensure smooth processing of RPA processes, including validating data and troubleshooting problems and unexpected results. Make or request updates to existing processes as needed based on changing applications and client needs.
- Support and Manage the Digital Workforce: Own the automation solutions as they are deployed into production. Troubleshoot and track down the source of errors, analyze technical and business exceptions, identify, and escalate changes/bugs, report automation performance and KPIs to stakeholders. Provide support as needed outside of normal business hours.
- Collaborate with team members: Actively partner with team members to make progress with RPA processes. Seek out and build positive working relationships with your colleagues and others and earn the respect and trust of your peers through quality, delivery, and consistency.
Required Skills:
- RPA experience preferred (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platform), or other client facing application development experience.
- Experienced in client communication, adept at navigating issues, providing updates, and ensuring seamless interactions.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, Cosmos, Mongo, etc.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and/or payer organizations.
- Experience working in a Scrum or other Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess a proactive attitude and proven ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process improvement minded.
- Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, Internet, and email) are required.
