We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to amplify our sales in the public and private mobile network sector. This role will focus on identifying and closing business opportunities with enterprise customers within the Technology & Telecommunications industry.

Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
- Identify new business opportunities with enterprise customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
- Focus will be primarily on Private Mobile Networks
- Represent the company in industry events and activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Strong communications skills engaging effectively with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs in customer organisations
- Progress opportunities through the sales cycle, following internal processes and working with the team to price, contract and close profitable deals.
- Negotiates effectively, builds trust, and balances directness with diplomacy.
Profile
The successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Engineering or Communications
- At least 10 years solution selling experience
- Private Wireless industry solutions sales and success
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A high level of motivation and initiative.
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Business Development Manager:
- A competitive salary package of AUD $170,000 - $220,000 base super commissions
