Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing professional to join our national team. This is a diverse role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing hands-on creative work with operational delivery.

This role would be particularly suitable for:

• A senior marketing coordinator ready to take the next step into a broader, more autonomous role; or
• A digital marketing specialist looking to diversify their skills across potential new areas such as creative development, events, and campaign delivery.

As part of a small team, this role offers exposure to different facets of the business. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leaders, contribute across the full marketing mix, and broaden your capabilities in various areas. The Role:

As the Marketing Specialist you will be the go-to person for day-to-day national marketing operations. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll manage a wide range of responsibilities including day-to-day ad-hoc marketing requests, collateral updates and development, digital channel management and reporting, social content creation & scheduling, event support, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Brand

• Be the first point of contact for marketing queries for stakeholders across the business.
• Develop and update collateral and educational resources using Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain processes for collateral requests, version control, and distribution, including managing approvals and owning relationship with national print suppliers
• Provide support for ad-hoc marketing requests including national event logistics, new site integrations and campaign execution
• Coordinate signage, branding, and print requirements to maintain consistent look and feel aligned with our brand.

Digital Marketing

• Manage website (WordPress) and monitor performance through Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Own our social media presence – creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor and report on digital performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Optimise website and content visibility through SEO practices and keyword tracking.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 3–5 years experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, and SEMrush (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and content creation
• Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple requests and stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Experience in healthcare or professional services environments
• Understanding of patient and referrer engagement dynamics
• Exposure to event logistics and project coordination
