As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our brand in new and exciting ways.

Location: North Sydney, NSW

Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per annum

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with Holocentric’ s business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of cross-platform marketing campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage Holocentric’ s brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies
- Analyse consumer behaviour, campaign performance, competitor insights and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company's visibility.

To succeed in this role, you:

- Minimum Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or B2B sectors.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as:

- Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- HubSpot, Act-On, or other marketing automation tools
- Social media management platforms
- Tools such as WordPress, Square Space
- Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Indesign), tools such as Canva,
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in technology or B2B sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Australian experience is necessary
