**About Us**
Realweb is a Sydney-based web design and digital marketing agency, helping small to medium businesses grow online.

We are seeking a motivated **Sales and Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team. This is a **part-time position**, perfect for a dynamic individual looking for flexibility and professional growth.

**Work Hours**:

- **Tuesdays and Thursdays**:

- **11:00 AM - 3:30 PM**

This is a part-time position to start, with working hours from 11 AM to 3 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Working hours and responsibilities are expected to increase over time, and the role will transition to a **full-time position** based on performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and provide insights for business development
- Collaborate with the web design team to deliver tailored solutions to clients

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing preferred
- Experience with Google Ads and TikTok content creation is an advantage
- Fluent in English
