- Have full exposure to each region and type of retail precinct in AUS

Redpath Partners are working closely with one of Australia's most recognised fashion house brands, together we are seeking a Retail Leasing Executive to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Property, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and finalising complex leasing deals for new and existing sites across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategic growth plans for a brand or multiple brands, collaborating with Brand GM's, Finance, and the Property team
- Continue to secure sites and finalise lease terms
- Financial analysis of all deals
- Present opportunities to senior management
- Manage brand related renewal negotiations
- 3 -5 + years of Property leasing experience with a retailer or landlord
- Highly developed negotiation skill set with the ability to multitask
- Solid communication skills both written and oral, with the ability the to interact with a broad range of landlords and retailers
- Proven track record of building internal and external business relationships
