**What this opportunity involves**:
We are on the lookout for a Retail Leasing Executive, working on behalf of JLL for a prominent client within the banking sector. You will be providing comprehensive transaction management across the dedicated portfolio. The primary focus of the position is to support the National Retail Leasing Director and Senior Director Retail Transactions with the implementation of strategy set out by the retail business.

Your key responsibilities will entail the management of transaction reporting, data integrity and supporting the paralegal team as well as managing client relationships and budgets.

**An Overview of the role**:
Negotiation of ATM and Retail Branch Lease transactions
Management and execution of property and leasing services such as commercial performance, client liaison and budget control
Secure lease and incentive on behalf of the client for all lease renewals, relocations and refurbishments
Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to ensure optimal client outcomes
Responsible for ensuring CPI and fixed reviews are updated within Portfolio via the Lease Administrators
Conduct market analysis to ensure knowledge of local areas for future developments
Proactively engage clients and foster a successful working relationship to exceed service delivery expectations
Prepare regular reports within specified timeframes, detailing property status and performance including recommendations on lease negotiations

Tertiary qualifications preferred or 3-4 years relevant Retail Leasing Experience required
Holding a relevant Real Estate Licence/Sub-Agents Licence
Strategic thinker
Able to juggle concurrent, complex issues within tight operational deadlines
Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets
Excellent client service and communication skills
Financially adept and comfortable in completing regular reporting
Competent user of Microsoft Excel
