About the Role

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey in the world of banking? Join us for our Summer Internship Program at BOQ Group As a Business Banking Intern, you'll gain experience in a variety of future ready areas where your career will thrive. Over 12 weeks from Monday 24th November 2025 – 13th February 2026, you'll engage in projects designed to challenge you, while delivering work that helps BOQ Group be the bank customers choose.

As a Business Banking intern, you'll see how we back small business at BOQ. You'll gain exposure to relationship management, business development and financial analysis that sees us support businesses across Australia to get started, grow and thrive. Equal parts customer experience, business accounting, problem solving and collaboration, this fast-paced stream will help you consider a career with impact.

Our intern program offers you the chance to collaborate with top professionals and other interns across the Group and contribute to initiatives that build social capital through banking. There is also strong potential for ongoing employment, with high conversion to permanent placements at the end of the 12-week program. We're eager to connect with individuals who are passionate about building their future with BOQ Group in our Business Banking division.

About you
