The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll be the front office powerhouse and the heartbeat of the practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an exceptional patient experiencefrom first call to final appointment.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to bring out their best.
  • Previous practice management or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
  • Managing day-to-day operations with precision, reliability, and organisation.
  • Training will be provided on dental practice management software systems.
  • Working with the Operations Manager to refine systems, improve workflows, and support growth.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A front office expert with proven experience in healthcare or dental reception/management.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare or dental reception/management experience is required.
  • Passionate about creating memorable patient experiences.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • A team cheerleader who thrives on building a positive culture.
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive in problem-solving.

Australian work rights are required for this position.


The Details
  • Location: Neutral Bay, NSW
  • Hours: 4 days per week (permanent part-time)
  • Practice Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Practice Size: 3-chair clinic, part of a 3-practice private group
