**What's the role?**

Talent, Growth, Leadership and Strategy team provides a holistic approach to organisational development where emphasis is placed on nurturing the individual talents of employees whilst fostering strong leadership to fully realise those talents and in so doing creating a motivating workplace environment where a performance culture thrives.

Support the delivery of News Corp Australia's strategic people initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Planning and Implementation, you'll assist with rolling out enterprise-wide culture and employee experience programs and HR projects by coordinating tasks, liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, and helping analyse data to surface insights.

  • Support the operational delivery of organisation-wide culture transformation initiatives

  • Coordinate and monitor culture change governance frameworks, project plans and timelines across the organisation

  • Support the implementation and delivery of employee experience strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction

  • Analyse employee experience data and trends to identify improvement opportunities

  • Part time role – 4 days per week

**Who are you?**

  • Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Communications or related field

  • Experience in HR implementation, employee experience, or organisational change

  • Experience in employee experience design, engagement programs or internal communications

  • Background in change management methodologies

  • Experience working in media, publishing or fast-paced commercial environment preferred
