Joiner / Woodwork Craftsman / Finishing Specialist

We are on the hunt for our next **Joinery Specialist **to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our site in Epping, Melbourne.

- Edge banding of doors and related products
- Ensure finishing touches are applied to joinery and/or glazing
- Routing, viewing panels and working with veneer and laminate
- Ensure each project is finished to a high quality standard
- Support custom moulding jobs
- Work closely with and support the department Team Leader
- Explore opportunities to maintain quality finishes within desired production timeframes

**Requirements**:
**Skills and experience**

- Mechanical and technical skills and knowledge of the setting up and utilising of joinery machinery - preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proven experience with producing quality work within tight time frames.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach - a “true craftsman” that is passionate about producing quality products.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to uphold the company values.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
