Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Existing Homes Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, assisting the sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with sales-related queries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient time management and maximizing productivity.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
