Looking for a dynamic role that strengthens departmental operations through efficient support and proactive problem-solving?

We are seeking multiple Business Support Officers to join our team at the Keswick office.

The role is responsible for:

  • Maintaining staff records, preparing reports and contracts, and providing advice on personnel matters whilst liaising with the business manager.
  • Managing salary information records whilst coordinating with staff, payroll and the business manager.
  • Conducting analysis of workforce data to produce accurate and timely reports and providing statistics.
  • Assisting with budget and cash flow projections, budget preparation, salary estimates, and monthly expenditure reports.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven experience in facilitating consultation with staff and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence in attention to detail and accuracy through thorough information checking, adherence to procedures and taking corrective action.
  • Experience in organising priorities, meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other office equipment.
