Looking for a dynamic role that enables you to thrive in a supportive environment and strengthen team performance?

The Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy is seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to join their team at the Keswick office on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

  • Supporting human resources functions through maintaining personnel files, assisting with audits, facilitating recruitment, and managing salary data.
  • Conducting reviews on existing administrative systems, practices and procedures and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to support staff with human resources and payroll related enquiries.
  • Contributing to memo preparation, supporting research, collecting and editing report materials and proactively drafting routine correspondence.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in collaborating within a team to communicate effectively, build networks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency at managing a high workload whilst organising priorities to meet deadlines and taking initiative.
  • Experience in delivering clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Expertise in following procedures to avoid errors, taking corrective action and maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy of information.
