Property Maintenance Plus is a locally owned and family-operated Strata Services Maintenance company, specialising in high quality, reliable and professional services.The family-focused business has been growing at a rapid rate with strong client relationships and to support this growth, Property Maintenance Plus is seeking an office administration professional to join the team at our Keswick location.
**Hours: FT.**
This is a full-time position, however, we value that flexibility is important for work/life balance.
**Commence: Immediately**
- **The Job**:
- Previous experience in cloud-based data entry, quotation preparation and scheduling of tradespersons is desirable.
- Scheduling and coordination of quotations.
- **The Person**:
- Ideally the individual will have a ‘Can Do’ attitude, motivated, enthusiastic, performance-driven with a positive outlook and willing to work as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with great time management to manage priorities and meet deadlines for multiple projects and work teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels including management and clients. Ability to assist with coordinating managers work schedules and daily tasks
- Do you have data entry experience?
- Do you have experience in a role that requires relationship management experience with customers and work teams?
- How many years' experience do you have as an office assistant?
- Do you have experience using tradesmen scheduling software?
- Have you completed a qualification in business administration?
- Do you have experience and handling the quotation process and followup.
- How much experience have you had at customer service delivery and responsibility for frontline communications.
- Have you worked autonomously in a small office before.
**Salary**: $44,764.84 - $62,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Keswick, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
