**Primary Purpose**:
**Project Support**
The Community Risk Reduction Partnerships Program Support Officer provides effective day to day support for the Community Risk Reduction Partnerships Team and Regional Community Engagement staff through:

- Developing and maintaining effective information and document management systems;
- Providing a high quality comprehensive administrative support service for the team including, organising and taking meeting minutes, reviewing procedures and making recommendations for improvement;
- Assisting with financial management through the tracking and recording of expenditure and associated documentation.
- Providing assistance to research on influencing bushfire preparedness behaviours and effective engagements to enhance community disaster resilience.

**Communications Support**
The Program Support Officer shall provide administrative support and assistance as instructed with the:

- Development, implementation and ongoing delivery of the CFS community engagement campaign;
- Development, implementation and dissemination of prevention, preparedness and engagement material in an electronic format, printed (such as brochures and flyers) and on the CFS website;
- State program communication requirements within government agencies and departments;
- Be a consistent point of contact for internal corporate knowledge enquiries, regional requests and external community engagement enquiries.

ASO3
$67,589 - $72,033
