About the role

This is a 30 hour per week part-time Assistant Manager/Sales role at F45 Training Docklands' fitness studio in Docklands, VIC 3008. In this position, you will provide sales, member support and operational assistance to help drive the success of the studio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Running approx 15 hours of classes per week as a fun and knowledgeable group trainer
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  3. Approx 15 hours per week of leading the sales activities and strategy to acquire new members and retain existing ones
  4. Contribute to the smooth running of studio operations, including class check-ins, and liaising with the management team
  5. Oversee the maintenance of the studio environment and equipment
  6. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and community engagement initiativeS
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience in the fitness, retail or service industry
  2. Proven experience as a group fitness instructor
  3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  5. Familiarity with fitness classes, equipment and studio operations
  6. Enthusiasm for health, fitness and community engagement
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Availability to work a flexible 30 hour per week schedule
