We're looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead with commercial confidence, a data-driven mindset, and a collaborative spirit, driving performance and growth across our properties in Australia and New Zealand.

The right person will join our corporate offices in Sydney or Melbourne or remotely anywhere in Australia.

THE ROLE

This role balances the art and science of revenue management – using your commercial smarts to drive performance, market share, and profitability, while supporting our properties to do the same. You will have real influence across multiple sites.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing

·       Leading revenue strategy across multiple Drifter properties, optimising pricing, distribution and mix.

·       Partnering with GMs, Reservations, Sales, and Distribution teams to align on performance goals.

·       Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and demand drivers to keep us ahead of the game.

·       Supporting and educating property teams in revenue management and broader commercial understanding.

·       Preparing and presenting reports that translate data into clear recommendations.

·       Keeping a close eye on channel performance and driving market share growth.

·       Acting as a trusted advisor and coach – building capability within the wider Drifter crew.
