Assistant Fleet Sales Manager

Presently, Le Mans Toyota, has an exciting opportunity for you to join their management team in the role of Assistant Sales Manager for our Fleet Sales department.
We are looking for someone who has Retail/Fleet experience in the motor industry that will work a Mon-Friday week and support our Fleet Sales Manager.
You must have the ability to show initiative, be results driven and looking for a challenge. Joining our winning sales team, you will combine your skills and characteristics to further build the business to ensure continual success of our forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. Other responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with an existing client base.
To be successful you will:
- Be experienced in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Automotive experience in retail/fleet
- Demonstrate a proven ability to proactively achieve high-volume sales targets
- Enjoy working in a successful fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks using your effective time management skills
- Have the ability or a desire to assist in managing and mentoring others achieving high sales results
In return, a generous remuneration package will be offered based on experience which includes a rewarding retainer and commission structure plus a fully maintained company vehicle.
