About the Role

Functional Accountabilities include:

  • Undertake administrative tasks including answering and directing general inquiry telephone calls, group inbox management, word processing, (Microsoft Office Suite) and provide project-related support;
  • Provide support for the Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) within the team, ensuring registration and classification of records;
  • Assist with data collation for statistical reports required for the Psychological Services team;
  • Maintain Psychological Services intranet page;
  • Provide support to the Manager - Psychological Services with any ad-hoc requirements as needed and assist the team during periods of leave;
  • Provide support to the HSW Team Coordinator and provide cross-functional support to the HSW department during certain periods.

About you

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent;
  • Minimum Certificate III in an administrative field;
  • Diploma/certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, OHS or Project Management or relevant course or experience;
  • Experience in records management and customer relations;
  • Experience using the following would be an advantage: management software and Microsoft Teams;
  • Have a general understanding of mental health and the psychological risks associated with emergency services activities (desirable).
  • StudyingPsychology (desirable)
