About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Residential Care Officer to join our growing team. The role involves providing high-quality care and supervision for individuals with disabilities in community and residential settings.

The position is full-time with a competitive salary of $77,000 – $80,000 + superannuation, above the Core Skilled Income Threshold (CSIT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' needs and assist with planning, developing, and implementing support programs.
  • Provide daily living support, including community access and personal care.
  • Monitor and report on client progress.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and support coordinators.
  • Promote independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience OR a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Community Services, Disability, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and Driver's Licence desirable.
