Amplitude Consultants is a growing Australian multi-national engineering consultancy offering a range of consulting and engineering services associated with AC power transmission and distribution, HVDC power transmission, renewable energy project connections, high voltage land and submarine cables, power electronics and Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS). As we continue to build our teams into an anticipated successful growth period, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our existing Global Support Head Office in Spring Hill, Brisbane.

Who are we seeking:

The Project Administrator is an important part of our business support function, whereby the successful applicant would look tosupport the delivery of engineering projects through:

  • Providing full lifecycle administration support to our projects
  • Data analysis and entry into relevant project systems
  • Maintaining and implementing project documentation control processes
  • Stepping into general secretarial support as required
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of internal and external events
  • Supporting the Senior Project Administration team in delivering QMS activities

Importantly, this role is positioned to uphold and promote a client focussed and continual improvement mindset in everyday operations.

  • You have a high attention to detail and are able to grasp a myriad of processes to ensure our business runs smoothly.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skill set
  • Experience with accounting systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisationskills with the ability to effectively juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • You will be supported by a close knit team, and will be a team player.
