We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic 
Warehouse Manager
 to join our growing Australian team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our logistics operations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing warehouse and operations teams
  • Oversee site operations to ensure SLA compliance and exceptional customer experience
  • Drive efficiency and cost optimisation through data-driven decision making
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
  • Manage logistics resources and workflow to meet evolving customer needs
  • Coach, train, and develop future leaders within the team

Your Profile

  • Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS highly valued) and MS Office
  • Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Have rights to work in Australia
  • Mandarin Speaking
