Our client is, in our opinion, the employer of choice for professional Customer Service staff. Ideally, but not essential, you will come from an office based customer service role in a Service, automotive or logistics industry. Located in the South West of Sydney, this is a role that is a significant stepping stone opportunity in your career as it encompasses a varied range of responsibilities that include dealing with customers over the phone, by email, quoting, supporting operations with accurate and necessary information to get the job done etc. You will need to be tech savvy, as our client has state of the art computer systems where automated operation makes things easier for you. Reporting to the Relationship Manager, this is a customer contact role where great communication skills will make a big difference.

We are interested in speaking with people from a customer service background that want to get their weekends back and just work Monday to Friday.
