Industry Skills Training (IST) is an established registered training organisation (RTO) with 3 campuses throughout the Perth metropolitan area. IST has been providing high-quality education to students, employers, and trainees throughout WA. Our mission is to improve and develop people's lives through quality vocational education.

IST is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity in Joondalup.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to team members
  • Greeting students
  • Incoming and outgoing phone contact
  • Responsible for the presentation and upkeep of the campus
  • Processing of daily student attendance records and following up on absentees
  • Data entry, record keeping, filing
  • General administrative tasks

Essential qualities we are looking for:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • Able to work independently on a variety of administration tasks
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry software, and email/internet applications required
