I'm working with a highly respected and well-established FMCG brand to recruit their next Commercial Finance Business Partner. With a strong national presence and ambitious plans for strategic growth, this organisation is recognised as a true market leader within its industry.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has the confidence to engage with non-finance stakeholders. Embedded closely within operations, you'll play a hands-on role providing financial insights that shape strategic decision-making, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide commercial insights and analysis.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activity through analysis, ensuring ROI and profitability.
  • Playing a key role in New Product Development - from business case modelling and pricing to post-launch reviews.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Delivering variance analysis, performance reporting, and margin management.
  • Supporting new business cases, pricing decisions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years
    experience as a
    Finance Business Partner
    or
    Commercial Analyst
    with strong commercial acumen
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Confident presenting and explaining financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with financial modelling
  • Tableau/ Power BI/ Alteryx capability essential
  • Industry experience in FMCG Manufacturing
