Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in connecting finance with the business. You’ll partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations that guide strategic decisions and improve performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making
- Analyse financial trends, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities and risks
- Conduct scenario modelling and business case analysis for new initiatives
- Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful
- Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and efficiencies
- Support compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation

About You

- CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
- 3-5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement and adding value
