About Us

Sunshine Clinic Private Hospital is a 21-bed private mental health hospital, designed to provide high-quality, recovery-oriented inpatient and day programs. Our vision is to deliver safe, person-centred care in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Opportunities Available

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in a recovery-focused environment.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff.
  • Contribute to the creation of a strong clinical and therapeutic culture from the ground up.
  • Access ongoing education, supervision, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Advanced assessments and screening skills to identify care needs
  • Effective engagement and communication skills with consumers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families/carers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in private mental health or related clinical settings.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and recovery-focused practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use/learn clinical software packages.
