About the role:
Are you passionate about being a first point of connection for people seeking support? In this role, you'll be the steady hand that guides individuals and families through the initial stages of their mental health journey. As part of a connected, multidisciplinary team, you'll offer a compassionate ear, help navigate available services, and ensure no one falls through the cracks. With every intake, assessment, and referral, you'll be creating pathways to hope, healing, and the right care - making a real difference from the very first conversation.
What you will bring to the team:
Strong clinical judgement and intake expertise, with the ability to assess needs, identify risk, and collaboratively develop clear, person-centred support plans.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, bringing empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach to every client interaction, while building effective relationships with teams and service partners.
Organised and adaptable, with the capacity to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and confidently navigate digital systems in a fast-paced environment.
A values-driven mindset, aligned with BCH's commitment to recovery, empowerment, and holistic care, alongside the resilience to adapt and grow within a dynamic service landscape.
