We're seeking a digital marketing professional to lead and execute campaigns across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, leveraging CRM, Marketo, and other digital platforms to deliver personalised, brand-enhancing experiences aligned with Arup's business priorities. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role that also includes strategic CRM management for marketing and communications.

The Opportunity

(What will I do?)

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns as part of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Design campaigns that enhance Arup's brand, client relationships and support winning work.
  • Provide digital marketing advice and guidance to marketing managers and others.
  • Optimise Arup's utilisation of the full capability of marketing related platforms –CRM and Marketo, etc to lead the delivery of leading practice digital marketing approaches for the Australasia M&C Team.
  • In collaboration with the Content and Creative team ensure Arup digital marketing campaign content brings the Arup brand to life, reflects best practice is high quality and high impact.
  • Define, measure and report digital marketing campaign metrics, including using metrics to inform future campaign improvements and optimise campaign results.
  • Keep abreast of leading digital marketing practices, sharing with the Marketing & Communications community and introducing leading practice into Arup's digital marketing activities.

Is this role right for you?

(What will I bring?)

  • Experience in digital marketing in a B2B, B2G context.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating effective digital marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand, support relationship development and business generation in the context of a largely relationship-based sales model.
  • Knowledge of leading practice digital marketing campaign design and approaches, deep understanding of Marketo marketing automation, CRM (preferable MS Dynamics 365) and other marketing related channels and technologies and how each can be most effectively used to support business objectives and customer engagement.
  • Understanding of the principles of SEO and google analytics, search and paid social media options and approaches.
  • Experience in working within a connected digital ecosystem – web, CRM, marketing automation and social media and the design of campaigns to create seamless customer journeys that optimise audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Excellent writing skills for web and social media.
  • Hands-on to getting things done with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and an effective team player.
