**CRM Marketing Manager**

Charterhouse are looking for a switched on and dynamic marketing individual with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience to join a leading Australian wholesale distribution company. The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end execution of personalized, digital marketing campaigns and will have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

**About the Role**:

- Execute personalized digital marketing campaigns by leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data.
- Manage and enhance automated and triggered customer journeys to maximize revenue through acquisition, retention, re-engagement, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Implement A/B testing to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Formulate audience segmentation strategies based on insights derived from purchasing behavior, recipient engagement, and campaign performance. Supervise the smooth operation of CRM platforms and ensure the execution of planned actions.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to foster a culture of continual testing and learning.
- Facilitate engagement of retailers, states, and suppliers with the CRM program.

**About you**:

- Tertiary Degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred).
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Interaction Studio is advantageous.
- Display strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and/or Power BI.
