**About Us**:

The CRM Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for the planning, development, and execution of campaigns and promotions to support clearly defined quarterly and annual sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the planning and execution of the campaign and promotions roadmap across the calendar year with a primary focus on flagship events and sports
  • Support the implementation and analysis of automated customer lifecycle campaigns (covering customer acquisition, onboarding, retention & reactivation)
  • Support the creative briefing and copywriting processes with multiple team members
  • Manage and optimise on-site assets with relevant promotions and content via our in-house CMS (content management system)
  • Analyse customer patterns and behaviour to drive commercial decisions, including collaboration with both central and local marketing intelligence teams

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience in data-driven direct marketing (or CRM) through agency and/or client-side roles, having held responsibility for the implementation and execution of direct marketing/CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills and an intermediate understanding of marketing tech/architecture (campaign execution, CDP/audience management and content management systems). A keen interest in Australian Sports and Racing is highly desirable.
