Established to expand YTO's global footprint, YTO Global Australia offers comprehensive logistics and courier services tailored to meet the needs of both individual and business customers in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring & Analysis


• Track and monitor delivery performance across cities in Australia on a daily basis.


• Monitor key quality metrics including loss rate, successful delivery rate, and tracking gaps/delays, etc.


• Generate quality reports, analyse and identify potential risks

Issue Management


• Respond promptly to delivery delays, lost shipments, and other issues to service points


• Establish and continuously refine issue-handling processes to improve overall service quality.

Communication & Coordination


• Maintain regular communication with branch managers across cities to reinforce headquarters' quality standards.


• Conduct periodic quality reviews with branches and set up goals


• Support training and guidance for franchisees or partners when necessary

Quality Improvement


• Assist in the development and implementation of headquarters' quality improvement plans, covering delivery standards, scanning procedures, and customer communication protocols.


• Lead investigations into major incidents, prepare written reports, and recommend corrective measures.


• Monitor customer complaints and work closely with the customer service team to reduce negative feedback.

Additional Quality Control


• Conduct compliance checks on delivery operations in line with local laws and industry standards.


• Ensure completeness and authenticity of proof of delivery (POD).


• Track customer satisfaction metrics and support initiatives to improve NPS/survey results.

Skills & Experience:

● 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Background in the courier industry is an advantage.

● Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.

● multi-task and ability to deal with complex problems

● Excellent communication skills for both internal and external

● Be able to speak English

● Proactive, adaptable to change, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data analysis skills.

● Having rights to work in Australia

Salary Range: 65,000 to 70,000
