Embedded Networks Manager

Location: Sydney, NSW

A newly created opportunity has emerged with a forward-thinking energy business preparing to enter the retail space within embedded networks.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute and operationally strong professional who understands the intricacies of embedded energy systems and is ready to take ownership of delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with the construction team, you'll be instrumental in shaping how embedded networks are structured, managed, and scaled across residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational delivery across embedded network projects.
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and embedded network frameworks.
  • Design and manage tariff structures, assess commercial risks, and oversee tenant contracts.
  • Liaise with landowners and stakeholders to ensure clarity on embedded network capabilities and limitations.
  • Collaborate with construction, legal, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in embedded networks, preferably in an operational or program based role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, tariff design, and commercial risk.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including tenants and landowners.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability and a proactive mindset.
