The Role
Leone Constructions is seeking a motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role for a skilled carpenter ready to take the next step in their career. You will support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality projects, coordinating subcontractors, leading safety initiatives, and contributing to a positive site culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry works including setouts, framing, QA checks, and defect rectification
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily operations and prioritising tasks
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead safety meetings, perform site audits, and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Uphold company values, foster a positive team culture, and support team-building initiatives

Career Progression
