Dash Group Trades & Labour is currently seeking Formwork Carpenters and Formwork Labourers with stripping experience for ongoing roles across Melbourne
Our sites range from high-end residential builds to medium-density apartments and mixed-use commercial developments – all with non-EBA builders who value consistent, quality labour.

- Competitive hourly rates paid weekly ($38 - 50ph, daily travel allowance + super)

What we're looking for:
- Formwork Labourers with experience in formwork stripping with own hand tools
- Qualified Formwork carpenters with own hand and power tools and reliable transport
- Valid White Card
- WWC ticket (preferable)
- PPE and a solid work ethic
- Reliability – we only work with people we can trust to show up and get stuck in
Bonus if you have:
- Working at Heights, Dogman or EWP ticket
- Additional carpentry skills beyond stripping
