Based in Geelong (must work 3 days from Geelong office), this 3 year Fixed Term contract role is ideal for professionals skilled in streamlining processes and driving organisational improvements.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for leading, developing and implementing a Process Optimisation capability which takes a value stream, end to end view.
  • Build, implement and execute appropriate process frameworks to understand current state and drive process optimisation.
  • Evaluate key processes and end to end process re-engineering in line with business priorities and strategy.
  • Prioritise key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with business stakeholders.

A Successful Manager Process Optimisation Should Have

  • Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
