CGC Recruitment are partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to source an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator / Administrator to join their Perth office.
This role sits within the Civil team and plays an important part in supporting both bid preparation and project delivery. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across a variety of civil infrastructure projects.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Civil Lead and project team, providing high-level coordination and administrative support across all stages of project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of bids, proposals, and client submissions
- Coordinating project schedules and collating supporting documentation and CVs
- Managing document control through systems such as QDMS, TeamBinder, and Aconex
- Supporting compliance and project management processes from initiation to completion
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project records
- Assisting with project reporting, purchase orders, and subconsultant documentation
About You
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred
